this is quality... free peer-to-peer music downloading that's legal and the artists have got on board to receive commission. it works because they use drm to track what's being listened downloaded/listened to so they can work out how much to pay out - and their income is from companies keen to do advertising on such a brilliant product. (so far as I understand from the paper).
